Cancellation Policy
Contact us by phone at (317) 634-3400 to cancel or reschedule. We operate our Canal horse-drawn carriage rides in all seasons, but reserve the right to cancel for extreme weather. Our carriages can be enclosed for inclement weather. Cancellation day of event must be before 3 p.m. – we will issue a gift card for your rescheduling use. Tours are booked back-to-back. If you are late for your reservation, our drivers will do their best to provide a good experience with the remainder of your time. No-shows are not refunded.
Routes are subject to change for special events, construction closures or weather.
